These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website, online service inquiries, technical project consultations, quotations, and online payment transactions for audio-visual system integration and CCTV security solutions. By accessing our website, submitting project inquiries, or executing payments through our online gateway, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full accordance with the commercial and merchant processing standards mandated by our payment gateway partner, PayHere (Private) Limited.

1. Website Use & User Eligibility

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing this platform under the direct supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized corporate signatory to request services or process financial transactions.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete personal and business details when completing our contact, quotation, or payment forms.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse this website, introduce malicious software, disrupt our digital infrastructure, or execute fraudulent financial transactions.

2. Services, Quotations & Pricing

Scope of Services: SSR Technologies specializes in customized audio-visual design, conference room systems integration, CCTV surveillance architecture, and ongoing engineering support.
Project Quotations: Formal proposals and quotations issued by SSR Technologies outline the specific hardware list, labor charges, timeline, and valid payment terms. Quotations remain valid only for the duration explicitly stated on the quotation document.
Pricing Adjustments: Hardware pricing may be subject to revision prior to quotation acceptance due to manufacturer price changes, currency fluctuations, or statutory import duties in Sri Lanka.

3. Orders & Payment Processing (PayHere Standards)

Order Acceptance: A quotation approval, work order issuance, or advance invoice payment constitutes a binding agreement to procure specified hardware and deployment services.
Transaction Currency: Unless otherwise mutually agreed and explicitly stated in the formal invoice, all transactions are billed and processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
Payment Gateway Security: All online card payments and digital checkout transactions are processed through PayHere (Private) Limited, an authorized payment service provider approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and operating under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and SSL 256-bit encryption.
Zero Card Data Retention: SSR Technologies does not store, capture, or handle sensitive cardholder data (such as full credit/debit card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or banking PINs) on our servers. All sensitive data is transmitted directly to PayHere’s secure infrastructure.
Payment Confirmation: Once a transaction is authorized via PayHere, an automated digital receipt and transaction reference code will be generated for your records.

4. Hardware Delivery & System Installation

Scheduling: Hardware dispatch, physical cabling, mounting, and system configuration are scheduled following the receipt of the initial agreed project payment or advance deposit.
Site Preparation: The client is responsible for providing necessary site access, architectural clearance, electrical supply lines, and internal network accessibility required for installation.
Estimated Timelines: Delivery and deployment timelines are operational estimates. SSR Technologies shall not be held liable for delays caused by site inaccessibility, civil disruptions, customs clearance delays, or force majeure events.
Handover & Testing: Following completion of the setup, a formal commissioning and functional testing procedure will be conducted with the client or authorized representative for final acceptance.

5. Warranty, Support & Maintenance

Equipment Warranty: All CCTV cameras, recorders, display units, and audio hardware carry manufacturer warranties against factory defects, as detailed in your project invoice or warranty certificate.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranties strictly exclude damages resulting from power surges, lightning strikes, unstable electrical supplies, water damage, fire, improper third-party handling, or unauthorized modification.
Ongoing Support: Technical assistance, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting services are provided in accordance with your agreed support contract or warranty schedule.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Custom Orders: Because audio-visual and security systems involve custom-engineered layouts, special orders, and labor allocation, advance deposits for custom equipment procurement and services already rendered are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Any hardware received in a damaged or non-functional state must be reported to SSR Technologies within 48 hours of physical delivery for warranty inspection and replacement.
Refund Processing via PayHere: Approved refunds are credited exclusively back to the original payment method or card utilized during checkout via the PayHere gateway. Cash or unverified third-party account refunds are strictly prohibited to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSR Technologies, its directors, engineers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from operational disruptions, temporary website downtime, or external network failures.
While CCTV systems significantly improve physical security monitoring, SSR Technologies does not guarantee that surveillance solutions will prevent all security breaches, loss, or unauthorized intrusions beyond standard system specifications.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal claim, dispute, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Lanka.
